Shipping Fees in Kuwait
Shipping fees are calculated based on the delivery area:
Other Areas of Kuwait: KWD 1.000
El-Metlaa: KWD 3.000
Sabah Al-Ahmed: KWD 3.000
Al-Wafra: KWD 5.000
Khayran: KWD 5.000

For other Gulf countries outside Kuwait, the shipping fee is:

Order Processing
Orders are processed after confirmation and payment. Delivery times may vary depending on the delivery location, order volume, and courier availability.
Delivery Time
Delivery times may differ based on the selected area or country. Customers will be contacted if there are any expected delays with their order.
Incorrect Address or Contact Details
Please make sure your delivery address and contact number are correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information.
Failed Delivery Attempts
If the customer is unavailable at the time of delivery, our delivery team or courier may contact the customer to arrange another delivery attempt. Additional charges may apply in some cases.

Shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched, unless the order was cancelled before shipping or there was an error from our side.
